Stacey Stacy

While leaving the hairdresser one day I stumbled upon the DC Improv where she took her first Improvisational class. Having always been the class clown and the crowd pleaser and many it "could only happen to you Stacey" stories it was a natural thing to find her professional comedy roots just, "happening along the way".

Stacey has taken classes in both short form and long form Improv and Stand-Up comedy at the DC Improv.

Her stand-up comedy instructor, impressed by her talents, invited her to do her first stand-up comedy performance. Stacey so impressed her instructor at her debut performance at Edgewater in Solomon's Island, Maryland, he strongly encouraged to pursue stand-up comedy.

The DC Improv also invited her back several times to the DC Improv stage to particpate in it's sold out DICSC shows.

Stacey writes her own comedy drawn from her vast array of life experiences and, "a very funny family".
Her motto, "It's easier to laugh than cry when you know how to turn it into funny." Her motto, "I see the world in funny."
